Item Description

Iron Man Prototype appears to boast an array of articulation similar to that of a Marvel Legends figure, and is accompanied by a pair of interchangeable non-armored hands, snap-on armor, and a removable helmet. The red and gold Prototype armor is much sleeker than the Mark I armor, the latter of which was a rough draft with a life-saving pacemaker that enabled Tony Stark to persevere against grave injury and capture in Afghanistan. The armor provides Tony Stark with vastly augmented strength, near-invulnerability, and an arsenal of advanced weaponry including missiles and repulsor blasts.

parts fall off easily like the mask and chest. its good for collectors item but not prefered when playing with your kids. you might lose the pieces often.

  2. VickyLynn says:

My son has had a lot of fun with his Iron Man action figure. It definitely has a lot of little parts that can easily get lost. If that is not an issue, then I would recommend it for boys who are fans of Iron Man.

  3. Kenneth G. Netzel says:

I am fifty years old…I do NOT play with my toys. They go on the shelf, and fine it looks on my Iron Man shelf. Very accurate figure, almost statue like. Recommended for any figure collector.

  4. Kari Hatch says:

We bought this for our 8-year-old who is all about super heroes. It’s pretty much just another action figure but the “armor” parts are durable and transform the figure from “Tony” into “Iron Man” nicely. As with any toy with small pieces, I would recommend it for an older child capable of keeping track of the parts. Without the transforming armor plates, there’s not much to the toy.

I bought this for my four year old son who had seen this in another store. I guess I never looked close enough at it to determine it would NOT be worth purchasing. The parts are tiny and hard to get on and stay on. I do not recommend this for anyone who has kids that like to leave toys just out and about. So that covers just about all parents. Not worth the investment.
