    I bought this for a gift for my 5 year old nephew’s birthday. He loved it. Then again he loves superheroes so how could I go wrong?

    Well… I’m not sure this is going to last until school starts (only a summer away). It is does not feel very sturdy. It appears to be plastic coated canvas and cheap canvas at that.

    And the front picture… way cool pose but it “sparkles”. Not like they glued glitter on it but more than just the sheen of plastic. Think metal threads woven into a fabric. While most boys wouldn’t care, if you have one that is especially sensitive to any hint of “girly”, you may want to look for a different backpack.

    All in all I am happy with my purchase. It will last the summer at least and it made my nephew scream in delight upon opening it… literally.
